In every international graduate scheme here at Schenker Ltd., each new graduate will have first-class initial training as well as further individual training, making them more confident and knowledgeable in certain areas of work. The program takes 18 months to develop comprehensive experience and knowledge, including international assignments.
Within the practical assignments, the trainees work active in the business units. An integral part of an off the job session is the development of a team task. All programs will be in English.

The program begins around the 1st of November (TBC) with 10 trainees hired going through the program simultaneously, all receiving an unlimited contract as well as one central contact person at HR who will support the trainee throughout the program.
