"Since joining DB Schenker nine months ago, I have already travelled across the UK several times to other branches.
I was fortunate enough to go to the NEC for one of the biggest events in transport and logistics, Multimodal 2011. I didn't give a thought about this type of career at school but I couldn't be happier with the career that I am growing in to. DB Schenker will give you opportunities that you should grab with both hands, and they invest in you through training courses and will give all the support you need. I am currently working with the production department having previously been on the customer service department. I have enjoyed working with both departments where I have come across a variety of challenges. My colleagues have been brilliant and have given me help when ever I have needed it. I am looking forward to the future, as I still have a numerous other departments to work on and more opportunities to grasp. INTERNSHIPS

"I was very happy when my boss told me, that I could do an internship at DB Schenker Coventry at the time of my A-Level Exams. Working at Coventry was a very important learning process for my English language skills but also for my personality characteristics. DB Schenker is on one hand a very familiar company and on the other hand very fascinating.
The employees live for their work and the working environment is great. The people in Coventry always supported me if I needed help.  At the end, I want to thank above all Carl Hobbis and the colleagues from Coventry for the great time and hope to meet them again in the future.
